RUV40 Vermont Castings Radiance Unvented 35,000 BTU Gas Fireplace 

This is a used, free-standing fireplace that doesn't require a vent. It has been sitting unused for three or four years. When last used, the pilot light had difficulty lighting, but ran well for the season once lit. 

Sold as is with the knowledge that some repairs and/or maintenance are needed prior to use. We recommend you have a professional look this over to ensure safety. 

Note that current new Vermont Castings Radiance stoves cost $3500+.
