Spreader / Sprayer Tune Up and Annual Maintenance

A comprehensive 33-point service, including the following:

Main Unit Inspection / Service Points

1. Test drive and inspect general operations

2. Power wash machine

3. Test and adjust front and rear brakes

4. Test and adjust steering assist brakes

5. Test all drive gears and neutral start switch

6. Lubricate all cables and pivots

7. Grease rear wheel axles and inspect for wear

8. Grease sulky and inspect for wear

9. Inspect all controls, levers, and valves

10. Inspect sprayer operations (high and low)

Engine Inspection / Service Points

11. Replace spark plug(s)

12. Perform ignition and spark test

13. Perform compression test

14. Replace air filter(s)

15. Replace engine oil, and oil filter (if applicable)

16. Replace transmission fluids

17. Inspect all motor mount bushings

18. Clean fuel filter on carburetor inlet

19. Remove float bowl and clean carburetor

20. Inspect fuel tank for debris and water

21. Clean and adjust controls and cables

22. Inspect pull cord, lubricate recoil starter assembly

23. Perform engine RPM test

Under Hood Service Points

24. Adjust or replace spinner

25. Adjust or replace agitator cam

26. Inspect hood bearings and shield

27. Inspect belts for proper tension and condition

28. Remove wheels, adjust or replace brake bands

29. Replace brake shields as needed

30. Clean neutral switch and plug area

31. Inspect and lubricate shifter cables

32. Reassemble and perform final test run

33. Final equipment cleanup
